I don't understand this change, now that I have gotten around to building
the port on my pine64:

FreeBSD generic 12.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 12.0-CURRENT #0 r327788: Thu Jan 11
18:07:40 UTC 2018
root at releng3.nyi.freebsd.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/arm64.aarch64/sys/GENERIC
arm64

root at generic:/usr/ports/science/avogadro # find . -name pythonerror.h
./work/avogadro-1.1.1/libavogadro/include/avogadro/pythonerror.h
./work/avogadro-1.1.1/libavogadro/src/pythonerror.h
./work/stage/usr/local/include/avogadro/pythonerror.h

The port built and installed fine. Now, it might be because this is a
"dirty" build, on the hardware and not in poudriere .. but the header is
part of the sources. So I think we'd need to see more of the build log /
failure to understand what's going on.
