KEXI like KDb installs plugins relative to $PLUGIN_INSTALL_DIR set by ECM.
Now question about KDE_INSTALL_USE_QT_SYS_PATHS, recognized by ECM. Is it
set to ON for FreeBSD so
/usr/local/lib/qt5 is used as a base?
