HEAD has Boost 1.67.0
2018Q2 has Boost 1.66.0
2017Q4 and 2018Q1 has Boost 1.65.1
2017Q3 has Boost 1.64.0
...

If "pkg -vv | fgrep url" returns /quarterly at the end then you're on 2018Q2.
