devel/viewvc is another port with only PY_FLAVORS in use. I'm pretty sure
that's because it -- just like cmake -- doesn't actually have a FLAVOR for
itself. Or devel/ahven, that's even closer in form because it, too, uses sphinx
for documentation building.

So the thing is that the Makefile for CMake is incomplete in how it deals with
the flavorized-sphinx:
 - needs ${PYTHON_PKGNAMEPREFIX}
 - needs to ${REINPLACE_CMD} the flavorized-sphinx into the build
