So to make sure:
    `CMAKE_ARGS+=       -DBOOST_PYTHON_SUFFIX:STRING=${PYTHON_SUFFIX}`
gets automagically added to the Cmake args if USES=python is set.

In which case I'll fix the Cmake build to differentiate on this.
