Batch process in Debian Stretch.

Hello,

I used batch processing for renaming files in Debian Jessie (with KDE4) and it doesn't exist in Debian Stretch with KDE5. I don't know if it's "normal", if it's a bug, a Debian maintainer problem, if I should make a bug report or even if I'm asking the right person...

I looked a lot on forums and web, but I couldn't find a clue.
