plsama5 sources unreachable since a few days

Hi Holger

Unfortunately area51 has been unreachable since last friday, and we
haven't heard back yet, if or when it will be fixed.

Because of this, we will move the repository somewhere else in the
next few days, and write to the mailing list once it is set up.
