Add the last line to /usr/ports/Mk/bsd.qt.mk (line 122):

CONFIGURE_ARGS+=-opensource -confirm-license \
                                -platform ${QMAKESPEC} \
                                -no-pch \
                                -no-use-gold-linker \
... etc

I've successfully compiled all the qt5 stuff with this.
