Digikam update

Digikam 5.6 released yesterday. I've forked the plasma5 branch to

https://github.com/xibo/freebsd-ports-kde/tree/plasma5

and updated digikam, though the guidelines posted on our github project
page ask me not to make a pull request and commit to SVN instead, which
has been down for months now. Is the guideline outdated, or do we have
a new SVN repository?

@adrian / @tcberner, feel free to pull the digikam update or dismiss it
and write a new one, unless area51 comes alive again.
