hm... I've checked the patches first... the MK was unmodified, the other
has the patches...
After patching the MK-file, it won't works...

After all, I've deleted the completly ports tree and fetch an actual one.
svn checkout svn://svn.freebsd.org/ports/head /usr/ports/

Seems there was anywhere any garbages... until now, the compiler compiles
and getting no error in this way...
