devel/qt4-rcc build failure

Hello,
Thanks for looking into this. I did't know I could use poudriere. I
created my jail manually, I could have saved myself a hell of a lot of
hassle. Next time I will certainly use poudriere.
Anyway, I discovered what was wrong. In my make.conf I had a line to
warn if the PATH contains a ".". This is because ports that use
PyQt5_gpl-5.6 (such as devel/py-qt5-core) fail if there is a "." at the
beginning of the PATH. Removing the warn fixed the issue.
Thanks again for your help.
