getting started with KF5

Chromium? Yeah, that's a *lot* of patches. I wish I could offer to help with 
the port, but my coding skills are way too rusty to wade into that.

When it's ready though, I will happily volunteer to test it. For the time 
being I'm going to stick with KF5 and use Thunderbird.
