SVN commit 12994 by tcberner:

Fix deskutils/kdepim4-runtime.

The update of devel/libkolab to 0.6.3 brought some unexpected (maybe should have
been expected) breakage of deskutils/kdepim4-runtime.

There seems to be some internal breakage in the way Q_DECL_IMPORT is set. 
Upstream noticed it, and securely hid the fix behind a Q_OS_LINUX in two 
git commits. 

So in addition two said commits, also make the fix respect Q_OS_FREEBSD.
