rc.d for SDDM

I made an rc.d for SDDM. The stop command doesn't work even if I make a pid file, it just sends the user back to the sddm screen. Feel free to remove it or fix it if you happen to know what's wrong with it.

It starts fine at boot after making an sddm user, however, sddm only seems to load the first option no matter what the selection is.
