[kde-freebsd] qwt6 qt5 ports

Hi,

I quickly built some qwt6 ports with qt5 so to preserve the qt4 version a 
renamed version (-qt5) for qwt and the designerplugin. I did a quick test of 
the designer plugin inside designer (qt5) which worked.

Max, those are your ports, could you have a look ? I updated to 6.1.2 while 
ports has 6.1.0 which doesn't compile with qt5.
