SVN commit 12104 by rakuco:

kdepimlibs4: Add upstream patch to avoid build breakages with base GCC.

Now that the KDE4 headers are installed into /usr/local/include/kde4 the
compiler is passed -I/usr/local/include/kde4 instead of -isystem
/usr/local/include, leading to failures in finance/skrooge with base GCC
because of double semicolons in akonadi/resourcebase.h.
