SVN commit 12761 by tcberner:

Remove dependency on plasma5-kactivitymanagerd -- it gets pulled in already 
by plasma5-plasma-worksapce.

It was recommended [1] to make kactivities depend on it. However, I find it 
weird that a framework depends on a plasma component, also it should be enough
to pull it in plasma5-plasma-workspace (which we already do and is also mentioned
in [1] as a valid option).
