SVN commit 12843 by rakuco: cmake: Import patch for FindHDF5.cmake. It is required by at least science/InsightToolkit, otherwise CMake fails to find all required HDF5 libraries. Thanks to tcberner for pointing out that this had been fixed upstream. AM patch-git_87c1cd9
