[kde-freebsd] Do we consider ARM a supported platform?

I would like to keep them open for now. I had a quick look over them and I 
can't tell for sure that those issues are fixed or not or wether they need some 
upstream work or not.

Please let us move those PRs to the future so we know there was something left 
not done yet. I have a TI arm board but no time yet to even prepare an image 
and try to boot it, also no beagle and no display.
