[kde-freebsd] Qt 5.6.1 ports update diff

Hi,

I prepared a svn diff against HEAD of ports for upgrading Qt 5.5.1 to 5.6.1 
from trunk.

I've tested the diff applied to a fresh ports checkout and building with 
poudriere for 9.3, 10.3 and 11.

I would like to have it reviewed so I can file a PR if it is error free at 
least to the extend possible by testing on our side.
