SVN commit 11849 by rakuco:

libfakekey: Switch LICENSE to LGPL20+.

The copyright in this project looks a bit weird: COPYING is a copy of the
GPLv2, whereas the only file with a copyright header, libfakekey.c, contains
LGPLv2. Follow both Debian and Fedora here and say it's LGPL-licensed. Too bad
we can't set LICENSE_FILE in this case.
