[kde-freebsd] [plasma5] clipboard complains about missing module

I don't know whether it's just me, but the clipboard plasmoid (more precisely,
ClipboardItemDelegate.qml:22:1) was complaining about a missing
QtGraphicalEffects module. After installing graphics/qt5-graphicaleffects, the
clipboard started working again (as expected). Maybe the port could be installed
as a dependency.
