Ah, I think that explains it. /usr/lib/private was introduced after 9.2 in base
r263031 and libssh.so was converted to it in base r263421. I'd then not
consider it a bug as only 9.3 and later are officially supported.

With that said: does DragonFly still ship /usr/lib/libssh.so then? Several
other ports depend on security/libssh via
"libssh.so:${PORTSDIR}/security/libssh". Do they all need to be changed? If
this is the case, perhaps a USES=libssh would be better?
