[kde-freebsd] Taglib fallout

I sincerely apologize for the taglib fallout.  I will take care of it when
I get home, but that won't be for about 9 hours.  It looks like most of it
is caused by a version detection bug in FindTaglib.cmake from kdelibs as
taglib went from a single digit minor version to a 2 digit one.

If anyone wants to get to this before I am able to, I found the commit in
KDE git that fixes the version detection:
