SVN commit 11966 by rakuco:

Drop KDE_DIST=package[:nosrc].

This is basically used for extragear software that is not part of Plasma,
KF5 or KDE Applications, so we were basically abusing KDE_DIST to avoid
setting MASTER_SITES and DIST_SUBDIR in those ports.

It is not worth the effort, and "package" is a confusing name.
