SVN commit 11915 by rakuco:

Remove svn:mergeinfo in all remaining subtrees and files in ^/branches/plasma5.

As promised in r11914, get rid of all svn:mergeinfo we do not need: instead of
keeping merge information for long-dead directories or subtree merges, all
merges from now on should be done to the root of a tree (branches/foo,
trunk/area51 etc), following what FreeBSD itself does for its stable/ branches.
This is supposed to make merging much easier as we only need to keep track of
merge information in one single directory.
