SVN commit 11907 by rakuco:

Remove svn:mergeinfo from PORTS/www/webkit-qt4/files.

Qt 4.x is dead, and we are definitely not going to merge again from the
directories which were listed in svn:mergeinfo. Remove it to start getting rid
of stray subtree mergeinfo that just makes merges more complicated.
