SVN commit 11891 by rakuco:

Merge ^/trunk/area51 r11449.

This was a tricky one. Most of the work was also done in plasma5, and
several ports have since been renamed. Basically add a comment to okular,
and make PORTS/net/libkfbapi use KDE_INCDIR since it's KDE4-based.
