SVN commit 11881 by rakuco:

Merge with ^/trunk/area51 up to r10793.

The only relevant commits in this range are r10784, r10788, r10789, r10791
and r10792, all concerning PR ports/200734.

There was a conflict because libkdcraw-kde4 is called libkdcraw-legacy in
plasma5, but basically the version that is in plasma5 also needs this
upstream fix for it to build with libraw and GCC.
