when typing

cvlc --help | grep ins
VLC media player 2.2.4 Weatherwax (revision 2.2.3-37-g888b7e89)
      --reset-plugins-cache, --no-reset-plugins-cache 

That is what I see. the "--no-one-instance" is not available here.
