If the plan is to flush all of trunk downstream in one go, updating digiKam and 
KDevelop and KDE4 at once, then this is fine. For flushing only digiKam 
downstream, this would have to be made explicit again (since 
KDE_APPLICATIONS_VERSION is new with KDE4 infrastructure and doesn't exist in 
ports yet).
