[kde-freebsd] PyQt5 port

Hi,

I have created a patch to add PyQt5 to the ports collection, in the
effort to get the deskutils/calibre port I maintain updated to the
latest 2.31 version.


I've put the patch on the FreeBSD phabric server:

When an equivalent py-qt4 port existed I copied it before modifying it.

I'd like to get some comments on it, and maybe some help fixing the
remaining issues and polishing it to be committed.

At present using this patch I got calibre 2.31 working on my machine, so
the patch is basically correct...
