SVN commit 10753 by rakuco:

Make bsd.kde.mk work with older makes.

I'm not entirely sure if this is an fmake issue, but trying to build the ports
with Poudriere on an 8.4-i386 jail did not work due to a lot of errors in
bsd.kde.mk. Basically using tabs and then '#' did not work, and the sed lines
in the beginning were not all commented out.
