[kde-freebsd] kbiff does not play jingle after KDE restart

Hello,

This is with KDE 4.14.2 on -HEAD. I'm using kbiff to monitor my IMAP
mailbox and if mail is there, I read it with mutt (IMAP). This, kbiff,
works fine after start of kbiff. When mail arrives it raises the flag in
the panel and jingles the configured sound.

After KDE restart, the kbiff session is restarted in background too and
it works too, raising the flag, but does NOT play the jingle. I always
have to kill the background kbiff and restart a fresh one.

If there is no solution, it would be enough if KDE does not start kbiff
again on the fly, just to not being forced to look up its PID for
killing it. 

Any ideas?
