Here's what worked for me:

MASTER_SITES=		https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=0Bzghs6gQWi60UktwaTRMTjRIUW8&dummy=
plus
FETCH_BEFORE_ARGS=	-o ${DISTFILES}

In addition to that:
- There are trailing white spaces in some of the files there, can you
  please remove them?
- Try running portlint, there are several minor things that can be
  easily fixed in the Makefile.
- `make package' fails:
  pkg-static: cannot parse keyword: cannot open file /usr/ports/Keywords/commentlib/cantata/cantata-replaygain.ucl: No such file or directory
  pkg-static: unknown keyword commentlib/cantata/cantata-replaygain: @commentlib/cantata/cantata-replaygain
