SVN commit 11732 by rakuco:

qt5-multimedia: Properly set/unset GStreamer support.

This improves on r11015. Instead of entirely rewriting qtmultimedia.pro,
just pass the right entry to QT_CONFIG, and only patch the necessary
sections of qtmultimedia.pro to disable GStreamer support.
