Just wanted to mention that I solved the juk & ogg vorbis problem as well. Not 
sure why, but my system had become an absolute mess of gstreamer & gstreamer1 
ports. My ogg vorbis plugins were all gstreamer-0.10 and juk was apparently 
linked against gstreamer1.
