[kde-freebsd] KDE 4.12.5 or 4.14.2: no jingle when KDE comes up

On the 4.14.2 system I have had to install multimedia/gstreamer1-plugins-all
(I'm using poudriere and have my own pkg repository) and I now have
installed the gstreamer* packages as you can see below. With this the
KDE jingle is played on login to the disktop; what is not working is, if you
go to System-Settings --> System Notification Configuration and play
there any given sound just for test, no sound is produced and it gives the
error messages attached below in the console where you run the 'startx' command.
