[kde-freebsd] misc/187089: x11/kdelibs4 fails to build

  Please consider this matter closed.
 Upon further investigation, I was able to determine the cause, and install w/o issue.
 It turned out to be an issue with ports-mgmt/portmaster, libtool was unable to keep
 up with the tasks imposed, and in the manner portmaster imposed them.
