I reinstalled devel/py-qt4-core.
Don't resolved problem:

$ python /usr/local/share/apps/cmake/modules/FindPyQt.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/share/apps/cmake/modules/FindPyQt.py", line 5, in
<module>
    import PyQt4.pyqtconfig
ImportError: No module named pyqtconfig
