[kde-freebsd] KDE 4.12 and WITH_NEW_XORG=no

That's true, but kde4-workspace is kind of "the KDE desktop" itself --
people on 8- and 9- (as well as 10.0-RELEASE) would be unable to simply
call "pkg install kde4" and get a working KDE desktop.
