[kde-freebsd] x11/kdelibs4 (4.12.2) fails due to missing DocBookXML

After removing kde and updating all other ports, especially docbook*,
which received a few updates yesterday and today, I have tried to build
KDE, but x11/kdelibs4 already fails:

Did the docbook updates break the fresh kde 4.12.2 ports?
