[kde-freebsd] Ports for frameworks/plasma-5

Hi there

The linked github-repo [1] contains ports for the newest frameworks (v5.5.0
[2]) and plasma (v5.1.2 [3]) software from kde. I would be happy if they
could find their way into area51 in some way or another.

Details:
	* Mk/bsd.kde5.mk is stolen from bsd.kde4.mk and has to be wired into
bsd.port.mk -- I don't know if it would be sensible to merge them
           into one bsd.kde.mk
        * x11/kde5-plasma/bsd.kde5-plasma.mk and
           x11/kde5-frameworks/bsd.kde5- frameworks.mk gather some shared
stuff of plasma repsectively frameworks ports.
        * This is still work in progress, and some of the patches might
be unnecessary or wrong or missing -- but it runs.
        * Unfortunately as both kde4 and kde5 install to ${LOCALBASE} it is
not possible at the moment to have them both at the same time
[some files get installed by both]. But as the newest release of
kde-applications [4] has parts depending on kdelibs and others on
frameworks... But this should be an easy fix.
        * Some dependencies might be off, I generated the from the cmake-output
	* qt needs to be installed with debugsflags (for some yet unknown reason).

I hope this is a reasonable basis to get kde5 into area51 so that it can be
tested by more people. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to
improve upon it.
