Could you provide a link to the build-log, please? I'd like to see, what is
creating the missing file in the successful build...

The reason is simple -- multiple people world-wide are experiencing the same
problem. It is not just me and Daniel even -- try web-searching for the
error-message.

Timeout may also mean, "maintainer fails to address the problem"...
