SVN commit 9018 by makc:

- Update to 0.7.8
- Update WWW
- Add patches to allow to build with different ffmpeg ports
- Switch from ffmpeg-0.7 to ffmpeg-1
- Don't use DATADIR macro in plist, cmake doesn't respect it

- Add workaround for iconv detection (regression in 0.7.8),
  I'll look at it later.
