SVN commit 9251 by avilla:

- Add basic support for Clang as KDE compiler.

This fixes widgetexplorer, activitymanager and notifications
plasmoids, but requires (apparently) a complete rebuild of every
kdelibs dependent port, so I would commit it to ports along with
4.10.4.
