   AUTHOR: Doug Barton <dougb at FreeBSD.org>

  ESCOD  The libotr library has been bumped in version 4.0.0, and the 
new version is
   not compatible with the old.  In order to make it possible for both 
versions
   to coexist in the short term the old version has been moved to a new 
port.
