After some tests and researches, it looks like authentication was never
supported for this action, thus the only solution is to modify
PolicyKit.conf(5) to return "yes" for the "mount-fixed" action. It's not
clear if this is a bug in HAL or a missing implementation in KDE (and
GNOME, perhaps), what's clear is that this is not going to be fixed in
the code. A pkg-message will be added to sysutils/hal to point to the
solution.
