SVN commit 8195 by avilla:

- Fix build with new pointyhat adding Zeitgeist distfile to DISTFILES
  (i.e., drop :target-like dependencies as they should be deprecated).
- Avoid shipping a 26 kB zeitgeist.py, and generate it instead.

Please, keep ZEITGEIST_VERSION in sync with sysutils/zeitgeist.
