[kde-freebsd] Gpgme 1.3.2 update

Hello KDE FreeBSD Team,

I am planning on updating the FreeBSD gpgme port (security/gpgme) to version 
1.3.2.  This is mainly a bugfix release with no shared library version bump, 
but the big change is that pth version of gpgme (libgpgme-pth.so) has been 
removed.

Building this library is currently a non-default option in the port, but I 
know kdepim can make use of it.  I'm attaching the diff for the port if 
anybody wants to try it.  Are there any objections to going ahead with the 
upgrade?  In other words, does anybody really need libgpgme-pth.so?
